REGISTRATION:
Registration is valid through website only.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% refundable if cancelled one day or more before class starts. No refunds for no-shows. If you can’t come last minute for any reason, just email or text me to let me know and we will work out a replacement date or a credit.
If Cindy James cancels a class, a 100% refund will be issued for the class cost only or an alternative date will be negotiated if possible. There will be no refunds for travel expenses for any reason.
COVID PROTOCOLS:
No requirements are in place. You are welcome to wear a mask. I will wear a mask if you would be more comfortable. My studio has ventilation, and if it is a nice day, the window will be open and so might the big garage door.
LIABILITY:
Class attendees hold Cindy James, Cindy James Art Studio, and/or Wax Wing Art Studio free of any liability due to loss, illness, or accidental injury. Attendees waive all claims against Cindy James, Cindy James Art Studio, Wax Wing Art Studio and/or any employees or volunteers for any injuries, damages, illness, or loss of any kind that might be sustained while attending a workshop or class, or for any new or pre-existing health condition that might develop or be exacerbated as a result of participating in a workshop or class.
