The lovely larch is the focus of this ornament. I love the mixed media aspects of encaustic…this painting includes an image transfer of a tree that I drew in graphite. The image transfer allows for those tiny details to be included that are so so hard to paint with wax! I transferred the tree image onto the wax and then painted over the tree.

Local pickup in West Edmonton. Shipping currently not available due to postal strike. (If you are willing to wait, I will ship for a flat rate of $20. These must be packaged well to protect them.)
